– Please present your “Customer Card” when using the service during the warranty period.
– The “Customer Card” is applicable to the first owner of the product, subject to the detailed warranty conditions outlined below:
1. Warranty service is provided solely through free repair or replacement of components for products damaged due to manufacturer’s defects.
2. The product has not been directly impacted or damaged by physical force.
3. The product has not been placed in a humid environment or subjected to excessively high temperatures.
4. The product has not been treated with chemicals such as acetone, acid, or other cleaning solvents.
5. The product has not been repaired by individuals who are not Huongmoc’s technicians.
