- The warranty does not cover defects caused by user negligence, including:

• Products subjected to direct impact or physical damage.
• Products placed in humid environments or exposed to excessive temperatures.
• Use of harsh chemicals on products, such as acetone, acids, or abrasive cleaning solvents.
• Products subjected to unauthorized or improper technical repairs.

- Since our products are custom-made to order, returns or refunds are not supported unless there is a manufacturing defect.

- Exchanges or returns are accepted if the delivered product does not match the original order regarding specifications, color, dimensions, or materials.

- For assistance with returns or exchanges, please contact us immediately upon delivery, or no later than 3 days after receiving the product.

- Returned or exchanged products must be in brand-new, unused condition, showing no signs of damage.

- Complimentary: For products with manufacturing defects, transit damage, or discrepancies from the original order.

- Customer Expense: For returns or exchanges based on personal preference, the customer will be responsible for two-way shipping fees and any other applicable charges.
