Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Within HCM Inner Suburbs & Neighboring Areas:
- Bulk and oversized orders will be shipped and installed free of charge by the Huong Moc team.
2. Outer Suburbs & Remote Provinces:
- We partner with major logistics providers to ensure products are handled with care and delivered on schedule.
3. Estimated Delivery Times:
- Southern Region: 4 to 5 working days
- Central Region: 5 to 7 working days
- Northern Region: 8 to 10 working days
The timelines stated above are estimates and exclude statutory holidays (Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays).
4. Commitments from Huong Moc:
- In the event of delivery delays beyond our estimation, Huong Moc commits to resolving the issue to the customer's advantage on a case-by-case basis (e.g., additional discounts, product replacement, or full refunds for lost shipments or force majeure events).
- We bear full liability for the product throughout the entire transit process.
5. Customer Responsibilities:
- Please provide accurate shipping addresses and telephone numbers. Kindly stay reachable for the delivery call or authorize a representative to receive and inspect the products.
- Upon delivery, please take time to thoroughly inspect the actual physical condition of the product.
- If any issues are detected during inspection, please remain calm and follow these steps:
- Request an immediate halt to the product handover.
- Immediately contact our Hotline to report the situation.
- Take clear photos and videos documenting the actual state of the product.
6. Critical Remarks:
- If you sign the delivery receipt without an inspection, your signature acknowledges that the product meets all requirements. Subsequent quality complaints will be handled strictly in accordance with our standard warranty policy.
- Should the courier refuse to let you inspect the parcel, you reserve the right to decline delivery. Please report this immediately to our Hotline for timely intervention.
